1. General Terms
1.1 Eligibility To participate in the Bhusky NFT collection mint and be eligible for rewards, you must be at least 18 years old and comply with all local laws and regulations.
1.2 Event Period The rewards and giveaways are only valid during the public mint event and immediately following the reveal. Once the reveal is completed, the prize distribution will end.
1.3 NFT Ownership By minting or purchasing a Bhusky NFT during the public mint, you agree that you are purchasing a digital asset (NFT) that represents ownership of a unique digital collectible and does not represent ownership of any underlying intellectual property rights.
2. Rewards Conditions
2.1 Rewards Eligibility The rewards are available only to those who minted or purchased NFTs during the public mint event. The rewards will be determined based on the tier of the NFT (Legendary, Rare) and the number of NFTs sold.
2.2 Legendary & Rare NFT Prizes Only holders of Legendary and Rare NFTs are eligible to receive rewards. Common NFT holders are excluded from the prize pool. The prize amount will increase as more NFTs are sold, according to the predefined reward tiers.
2.3 No Rewards Outside Public Mint Rewards are valid only during the public mint period and post-reveal. If NFTs are bought or traded in secondary markets (such as OpenSea) after the mint event, they will not be eligible for rewards.
3. Prize Claiming
3.1 Claim Period Winners must claim their prizes within 7 days of the reveal. If no claim is made within that time, the prize will be forfeited.
3.2 Claiming via Wallet or Social Media Prizes can be claimed either through the wallet associated with the NFT or by contacting the Bhusky team via official social media channels (e.g., Twitter, Discord).
4. Rights & Responsibilities
4.1 Intellectual Property By participating in the Bhusky NFT mint, you acknowledge that the ownership of the NFT does not transfer any intellectual property rights. The Bhusky team retains full ownership of the NFT’s underlying intellectual property.
4.2 No Refunds All NFT purchases are final, and no refunds will be issued, except in the case of technical issues with the minting process that prevent participants from receiving their NFTs.
4.3 Disqualification The Bhusky team reserves the right to disqualify any participant found violating the terms and conditions, engaging in fraudulent behavior, or acting against the best interest of the community.
5. Limitation of Liability
5.1 No Liability for NFT Value Fluctuations The Bhusky team is not liable for the value fluctuations of NFTs in the market or any financial losses incurred from trading NFTs.
5.2 Event Cancellations or Changes The Bhusky team reserves the right to modify, suspend, or cancel the event, the minting process, or prize distribution in case of unforeseen circumstances. In such cases, participants will be informed promptly.
